Alec’s Restaurant & Grill in Navestockside, Brentwood

The restaurant had major renovations/ extension works ( 2.5 million pounds) carried out by Mr Alec Smith formerly the owner of Smiths fish restaurant in Chipping Ongar. We carried out all the plumbing/ heating works through-out which included 2 separate heating systems and a separate hot water system to supply hot water for the new kitchens. The extension to the building had under-floor heating & existing areas had brushed stainless Arc radiators supplied from MHS. All plumbing was carried out in the new toilets using the modern look from Duravit sanitaryware from Germany.

Renovations of a period property in Chelmsford

This included a new heating system using the very latest technology. We installed a ground source heat pump & associated pipework with many valves & controls. Two 90 metre bore holes were carried out by a specialist contractor. The heating had a mixture of under-floor heating & classic Ancona period radiators supplied by the Radiator Company. The heat pump has now been working for 2 years yery successfully saving the client many pounds over having a traditional gas boiler with no carbon emissions in that time. All plumbing was carried out , including 2 stylish/designer bathrooms.

New build house using the latest green technology

We carried out all the plumbing & heating through-out. This consisted of 3 Vaillant solar panels, a Mistubishi Ecodan air to water heat pump & under floor heating. The plumbing included 3 bathrooms which we supplied & fitted.

The refurbishment of an old Georgian house

This included cast iron radiators throughout and various other plumbing and heating works.

Swimmming Pool

We carried out the plant room for a domestic swimming pool. This included a Vaillant condensing combination boiler, which provided heat for the pool heat exchanger, radiators & instant hot water for a changing room. All associated pipework, controls & electrical work was also carried out.
